This weeks Weekly Words are 'Create the things you wish existed'. This quote is so simple but yet it can take a lot of work to do something so simple. But if you want something, or you want to create something you just need to go for it! Something that I think really fits with this quote is the website KickStarter. I've never personally used it but I've seen many designers use it for their work and been successful from it.
This weeks Crafty Colour is Peachy. I'm still in quite a summary mood even though we are very quickly coming to the end of it! This colour just makes me think of an exotic holiday somewhere like Hawaii or something! Don't you think?
So to go with this Hawaiian Peach, here are the colour palettes that go along with it. I hope you can get some colour inspiration from them.
Another colour I have seen a lot of is a salmon pink colour, I mean I even picked up a tank top from New Look the other week similar to this colour! This colour is very summary and reminds me of fruity drinks.
Below are the colour palettes I have come up with for Salmon. I hope they have inspired you!
So the first proper post of Crafty Colour is here! This colour is called Forest Green. It's a slightly darker minty green colour, so I don't feel it would be right to call it a Minty Green.
So below is some colour palettes made using Forest Green. Personally I feel it works best with blues and creams.
